The chances of pregnancy are very low, but a guy certainly can (often does) have pre-cum without ejaculation, but not all men have sperm in their pre-cum. Have you checked you period start-dates?

There are different pregnancy risks with unprotected sex.

1. The risk of some semen escaping before ejaculation
2. The risk of residual semen from a previous ejaculation in his urethra
3. The risk of sperm automatically being in pre-cum (in some men)

• The risks are not there if it did not happen at a fertile time.
• The risk of residual semen from a previous ejaculation in his urethra is eliminated if he urinates after his last ejaculation and before unprotected sex. "after we had sex he always go to CR to urinate", but he could have ejaculated from masturbation earlier.

his previous ejaculation was two days before we had sex.. even we had sex he doesn't cum anyway.. he only managed not to come. we both urinate before and after sex... after we finished then that's the time he ejaculated in the C.R (comfort room) then we take shower next..

If he ejaculated after sex, then he might well have got far enough for semen to have leaked. But you have now given a fuller description that was not obvious previously.
However, it seems very unlikely you would get pregnant.

3. You say "my period start usually at the end of the month", but as months vary in length (Feb has 28; Mar has 31) a regular cycle would mean that the date would vary each month.
4. There are all sorts of possibilities for your situation, including early miscarriage and not pregnant this cycle.
5. If you are trying to get pregnant you need to track/record your periods and have sex at the likely fertile times.

On the month of october, my boyfriend and i have sex once which is oct 29. My boyfriend had a family history of twins. i researched about implantation and they said that implantation may take 1-2 days. and that is what happening right now. this is my 2nd day. and earlier today (nov 16) i am experiencing nausea. 2. I don't know what you read about implantation, but how do you know that "that is what happening right now"? It doesn't seem likely if you only had sex once on Oct 29!
3. If by "mens" you mean "menstrual discharge" then you would not likely be pregnant. But menstruation does not happen at the same time as implantation.
4. However, if you got a positive test result on 12 Nov then implantation must have occurred earlier, and menstrual flow now would suggest a miscarriage.
5. The information you give is inconsistent, so if you need more help, you must give full and accurate information about what has happened, together with your menstrual cycle history

I am 27 years old. My period is 7 days late. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Not sure what it could be? I am stressing about this but am trying to control it. I have felt I have slept well lately. I also have gone on extra walks as I am trying to lose weight although my diet is not great. You haven't given much background information regarding your period history. There are a few different scenarios.

1. The test was a false-negative
   • Your period due 21 Nov suggests Ovulation date 7 Nov with fertile days 2-7 Nov. 2 Nov is about a month ago.
2. There could have been some sexual activity during that fertile time that introduced sperm into your vagina (maybe manually).
3. Your period is just late (sometimes happens).

It could be that you are getting a false-negative reading. How many tests have you taken?
It could also be that, at 39, you are beginning to see changes in your cycle because the menopause is coming. In some countries, the menopause average age is lower than in others. Where are you from?
