What dates have you had sex since your last period started?
The negative tests, if properly taken, should be accurate, but you are approaching the time when you might expect your periods to be less regular. Filipino women tend to enter the menopause a bit earlier than Western women.
You could opt for a blood test.

I had sex last oct. 27 then once a week. Opt for blood test not yet done. Is it possible to be pregnant?

With a cycle of 28 days, 27 Oct might have been a fertile day, but 4, 11, 18 & 25 Nov would not have been. You said you have sex once a week. Is it always on a Monday? If you want to get pregnant, once a week is barely sufficient. However, if your tests are negative, then it indicates your cycle might no longer be a regular cycle of 28 days.

1. If her period were due to start 21 Nov, then 11-12 Nov would not have been fertile days. But how have you assessed that start date?
2. If both occasions of sex on 11-12 Nov were protected (condom), then pregnancy would be unlikely, but not impossible.
3. Putting the condom on the wrong way is better than not at all, but taking it off could mean that any sperm inside the condom would be on the outside an transfer into her vagina. Saliva-wiping might have helped get rid of some semen/precum, but saliva does not kill sperm.
4. Urinating after sex would clear the urethra of residual semen, and reduce the risk of mixing with pre-cum. But do you urinate after masturbation?
5. Stress can delay a period, and sometimes a period can be 'missed' because of stress, but often this is because ovulation has been delayed.
6. As it is more than 21 days since your last sex (12 Nov?) a test taken now would be reliable.

Thank you for the reply.

1. She has an app that records her periods and due dates. We usually just follow that.
2. I wore condoms on both occasion, I always make sure also I wear a condom every time we have sex.
3. I was hoping that the act of wiping it off could've removed the pre-cum, She used her mouth to suck it off (sorry for being too graphic, I just wanna be accurate so that I won't miss any details and to be sure). Would that be enough to completely remove all of it?
4. I urinate right after in general, masturbation or sex.
5. She told me that her breasts where painful about a couple of days ago, and she had mild cramping as well. Could that mean that she just ovulated late during those times?
6. We plan to take a test tomorrow if it doesn't come today, we're both scared to find out the results.

sorry I forgot these details, let me add as well that she told me she isn't feeling anything, no dizziness, no fatigue, she doesn't feel anything different nor weird, nor wrong, nor weak. nothing at all. she told me she's just really waiting for her period to arrive now.

Do you think that she is for being 2 weeks delayed or she's just really delayed? Is it really possible for her to be pregnant with the given circumstances?

2. That is good, as long as it stays on!
3. If you don't give graphic detail, I can't be sure what happened. Sucking it off probably removed all the pre-cum.
4. Urinating after ejaculation would clear the tract.
5. Could be, or more likely that her period is coming soon.
6. I think the test would show up negative.

I don't think she is pregnant from what you have said. I expect her period will start soon

1. How old are you (both)?
2. Where are you from?
3. How long have you been trying to get pregnant?
4. Have you been following any particular regime in trying to get pregnant?
5. What is your usual cycle length (typically 28 days)?
6. What were the start dates of your periods this year (as many as you know)?
7. Are there any health issues for either of you?
8. Can you give any other background information?

Just an update,

We took a couple of tests tonight, both were negative, which is a sigh of relief, but since it was the night time, we decided that she'll take a couple of tests again the first thing she wakes up tomorrow so her HcG would be high. Will update you for new results later.

That result is good to hear, and what I expected. Morning urine is best, but you only need to take one test at a time. So one tomorrow morning should be adequate.
