my penis is only 4 inches long and 2 inches wide and i found that odd cause i have chest hair,armpit hair pubes ect will it grow more and how can i help it?

You don't say your age but your penis can keep growing into your early 20's. Some guys get big early, others late.
There is nothing you can do to help it. It's part of your DNA, like the length of your fingers.
Don't focus on the size, it's what you do with it that matters.
