Hi, i recently had the implant in my arm and since then i have had periods normally, but this month i have been on for over 3weeks now and its showing no sighns of stopping. Im not sure what has caused this but i have noticed that i have lost a awful lot of weight. I had my son last may and since then my weight has plummeted. I was very thin anyway but now i have gone down to a size 6.
Im going through a lot of stress as well and my fiance is on the verge of losing his job and the bills are just piling up, mostly red letters, so im not eating from the stress of all that happening and im also not eating, as im afraid that if i do eat something then my children wont have any food left for when they are hungry. Does anyone think that this is affecting it???? Please help as im not sure what i can do now!!!

I understand that you are worried about not having food for your children, but if they don't have a mommy then what will they do? You need to take care of yourself, see the doctor etc. Life always goes on no matter how bad it gets. Go to the food bank, talk to friends, stop stressing! I know that is hard to do but you have to if you want to remain healthy and there for your babies.

Jobs come and go, so do the stresses of life. All you can do is make sure you and those kids are safe and healthy. As for the implantation, when I started my birth control I was on one that was too high a dosage and it caused me to bleed literally for a month. The doctor changed me to a lower form and the problem stopped right away.

As for your stress, there are free counciling services at colleges and universities you can go to, as well as other ones. Talk to your doctor about all the stress and explain your concerns with the food, because they can help you with anything you need.

Best of luck, I am here if you need a shoulder to talk virtually lean on.
