My periods are every 3 months

okay i am 18 years old and have been married for 4 months now in a couple of days. my hubby and i are trying to conceive and have been praying to God to give us a child but only in his will. my periods are every 3 months. last one was like on august 12-15/16 i dont really remember and i usually have my periods longer (7-10 days)instead of this time of 3-4 days. and after a couple of days i was bleeding like quarter drops of pink "blood" for like 3 days so not a lot at all. then October 5th came along and i started bleeding again but it was little and light pinkish and it lasted for a day.between my last period and today i have been feeling nauseous but then after the second time i have spotting- i felt a ton of differences-

tiredness, nausea, loss of appetite sometimes,hot and cold flashes,swollen full and bigger boobs, my nipple area got darker around the edges so its like a circular darkening on my nipples and they grew bigger!!,back aches,mood swings, swelling right in my pelvic region, not a lot of cramps but i had some a little, fatigue,and this might sound weird but i have been feeling weird feelings in my lower pelvic area- as if you take a marble and rub it gentle against my skin- its such a weird feeling

i checked soooooooo many pregnancy tests and they all show up NEGATIVE!!!! UUUGGGHHHHH

my next period is suspected to be around the first two weeks of Nov- 5/7

PLease do not reply anything negative-about me being too young or anything against my beliefs (God)
