hi 5 weeks pregnant and i keep getting sharp pains in the right side of my pelvis/abdomen its not unbearable but its noticeable am really worried it might be ectopic i have had no spotting or bleeding its really scaring me i have 2 kids and cant remember having this with them ????

It could just be stretching of the muscles. I had it. If you are worried it doesn't feel right, call the doctor and tell them. They will probably have you come in and checked out to be safe.
