Hi I too have the similer problem for almost 10 years , I had all the tests done but everything was normal. It normally comes when i get errection inside my uderwear for a long time and not finishing it with ejaculation. It feels to me, to take of the clothes and laydown on the bed for while and relax, It generelly last for 2 to 3 days unless i go for a mastrabation to pump out the blocked sperm.

Go get a physical, that is why they make you cough while they have two finger on your nuts. I hear it sometimes happends when your nuts have suffered too much damage (getting kicked in the nuts etc.) so go see a doctor and check

Yea was about 13 or 14 when this same thing happend and I tried to be less embarrassed but I asked my dad (cause you know he has the same parts) and told me it was probably just me playing with my self too much I yelled at him then for saying that but because he's older(and wiser) and I'm 27 I laugh about it!
