My son will be two in July. This evening when I was giving him a bath I realized that he had a hudge lump on his collar bone.
The other side has one but its very small. This one is very noticable It just sticks out like a sore thumb. Now i am very worried
about what it could be. I fiqured it he had injured that area he would be sore and cring alot. Please help me fiqure this out.

You could do a search on treating boils and cysts with Epsom salt and if you think it is worth trying it may help get clear it up.
If you think it's worth trying mixing Epsom salt in warm water and soaking a cloth in it and getting him to hold it on it for awhile everyday could help to clear it up in a few days.
