My son is 4 and hates going to his dad's house! Anyone else have this problem?? Could it be a separation issue with him leaving mommy (me) or what could it be??

Could be just separation anxiety or could be something worse. I don't want to scare you, but it's your son after all...
I assume he already speaks and could explain why he doesn't want to go. But don't just ask him "why".
Ask him - does dad hit you? does he scream? does he touch you? ... horrible, I know, but do assume the worst ...
if you don't want to be so brutally honest with your son... maybe you could ask him... what was the best / worst thing that happened to you today?
Maybe it's not his dad, maybe the issue is with someone else ...
