It too have been experiencing the same symptoms:
Nausea, Migraines, Extreme tiredness, irritable, thirsty all the time, and these little bumps on my breasts. I have no clue what it is, but lately its been getting worse, my knees feel like they want to give out in extreme cases. Even the smell of certain foods can set it off.

Does anyone know what it is. The most I stress over this the worse it gets.

Hi

I have similar symptoms but not all the same. I've done a lot of research and everything you've said sounds like chronic fatigue. On the bright side if that is what you have, people do recover from it. I have a friend who had it throughout our high school years but now leads a pretty normal, active life.

Don't let them diagnose you with depression; if you were depressed, you would know about it. I hope you find a Dr who is helpful. Good luck.

I also have similar symptoms, but my nausea is severe and is coming from my brain. I think that you have some kind of auto immune disease. You should check to see if you have any psychiatric condition like anxiety disorder. Thanks.

In response to the initial author. There are several diseases related to diseases that run in your family that you have not been tested for.
Addison's can run in families with type I diabetes. In addition to the type of symptoms you listed, it can cause bronzing of the skin, weight loss, and low blood pressure. Pernecious anemia can run in families with hypothyroidism. The symptoms you are having can fit so many diseases. Is there anything that is a little more specific? Changes in pulse or blood pressure during an episode?

I have the same sort of symptoms plus dizziness. I can sleep for normal 8hrs and wake up barely able to lift my head of the pillow with dizziness and fatigue. i am convinced its a viral infection, chicken pox or shingles,I did come into contact -my nephew had chicken pox. i did get some spots but hardly an outbreak..my doctor c**p as she is said it may be chicken-pox but a mild form or shingles but a mild form.

My husband gets these same symptoms, minus the leg bumps, and he has been plagued with this most of his life. It has affected him in all the houses he has lived in. 3 to date. While I believe mold could be the cause in all 3 houses, wouldn't everyone in the house be affected? Could he have a sensitivity to it the rest of us don't have?

Chronic fatigue has been linked to Fluoride sensitivity, the symptoms of which are indiscernible from fibro-myalgia. An unusual number of patients diagnosed with fibro (90 percent or so) were first diagnosed with CFS. I know a handful of people with fibro, and the symptoms you describe are similar to what they described before the systemic pain started. Oddly, all of them who have lowered their intake of fluoride have benefitted from it, so I suggest that you avoid municipal water, any water with fluoride. Do not drink it, and bathe quickly, because fluoride soaks through your skin. Because no readily available water filters remove it, drink distilled water. Also, fluoride has been linked to hypothyroidism, and for years it was a treatment for hyPERthyroidism. Do some research for yourself regarding this toxin, which is what fluoride is. The human body does not readily excrete it, and the damage it can do, such as the (as my friends call it) "brain fog", the inability to focus or concentrate, is sinister and disabling. And to think, someone thought it a good idea to put it in the water. Test me here, and research for yourself.

Since you have no answers as to what might be ailing you, it might be worth taking a look at the things in your living space, things like plants, plastics, off-gassing products like air-fresheners, cleaning products, sofa, mattress, chairs, especially things that might have mold or mildew, especially around the bath or damp areas etc. Maybe you have a sensitivity to some of these things. It might be a good idea to clear out your house, clean with water only and opt for untreated wood products, natural fibers without dyes, get rid of all substance that you feel might be unhealthy and open windows and doors to let air circulate often throughout the day. If there is mold, move out . I hope you feel better.

Dear Mysterious Malaise:

I am a 40 year old female and I have been suffering from your exact same symptoms you mentioned above for over the past 5 yearsI was finally diagnosed with the condition Pernicious Anemia about 3 years ago.  It is an autoimmune condition which affects people of European Ancestry, which also applies to me, as I am of Irish descent on my Mother's side, and English descent on my Father's side.  I had always been diagnosed as Anemic to some degree since I was in my teens, but no Medical Professional had EVER checked my Vitamin B levels until about 3 years ago.  *( Only then, did I finally learn what the TRUE problem was.)      My advice would be to go have a CBC (or Complete Blood Count) drawn and you would be able to find out for sure in probably an hour or so, (depending on whether your Doctor's Office has an in-house Lab there to analyze your results.)  My intuition tells me that this very well could be your problem, and IF it is, Don't Worry!   -It is a Very Treatable condition.  It involves taking (once monthly) injections of Vitamin B.(liquid form).  -I am symptom-free now unless I accidentally go beyond about 4 days past a month since my last shot.  Then I notice my symptoms returning quickly, especially the Nausea and Exhaustion.  *I really hope that my Post was of some Help to you in some way!

                                                                                                                                                                     -Good Luck!:)

was it anything Yaz related or generic to a Yaz brand? I'm 17 and I already had these problems since I came down witht a stomach virus at 13, the severity has always been on and off, but I started taking Be-Yaz in May 2012 and the severity has worsened. I was switched to a generic three months or so ago due to insurance changing coverage. I can't eat anything without feeling sick and vice versa. If it gets too severe, I think I'm going to pass out. I get extremely irritable, dizzy, sick, and sometimes have pain in my chest and abdomen (sometimes it's random continuous shocks). I've started throwing up a few times now, so all my doctors want to say galbladder or reflux. I had cancer as a toddler but they don't think it's a long term situation from the chemotherapy. My mother and father have had their galbladders removed. My father's side has a history of psorosis of the liver and he has the auto-immune disease, Lupus like the guy who posted this thread to begin with, so I'm not sure. Oddly enough, I don't lose weight from not eating as much. I just keep gaining weight even though I run and play dance games on the Wii and Kinect regularly (I think it may be from the pill, though I find it odd to go from 148-200 this fast and never able to lose it while feeling so ill). I was unable to fully enjoy the holidays this past year due to it. I also have the migraines and fatigue with and without it. sometimes the stomach problems occur and then the migraines and vice versa, and I get the feverish and sweaty feeling as well.

It might be candidiasis. I ended up with it after taking a birth control pill for a couple of weeks. I also had a history of taking a lot of antibiotics as a child, which destroys good bacteria on the intestines. It took a number of years of anti fungal medication before I recovered.
