I just wanted to post, as I can relate to a lot of what I have read. On my 30th birthday last April I started to feel ill, generally unwell with a headache and sickness. Since then iv continued to have the same thing none stop with some mild and some really bad days. Various different symptoms plague me. Fatigue, vivid dreams, those bumps on my inner thighs every now and then, strange head sensations, sickness, urgency to go to the loo. Nothing is with me everyday apart from the headache. January to April this year it was mostly mild and I thought I was getting better, but since returning from holiday it's back again and seemingly getting worse. Iv seen a private and NHS neurologist, been tested for Lyme, vitamin deficiencies, had an MRI of the head, had private chiro appointments, all that came back last year was a slight D deficiency. I now take vitamin D, B, B6, magnesium and a multi vitamin along with Coq10. I avoid caffeine, alcohol, drugs etc. Doctors have given up and told me to stop trying to find answers. They want to give me blanket drugs to help but, I don't want to do that.
If anyone has any idea what is going on I really need help. I'm 31 and at times suicidal because of constantly feeling so unwell.

I have been diagnosed as possibly having MS, I have numbness on left side of face, leg and arm. I had a stent 4 years ago and have white matter on my brain (could be plaque or naturally occurring).
The malaise comes on occasionally and I do not believe it is from medications anymore. Electrotherapy pads on neck and shoulder takes the malaise away. I worked construction for 40 years and have back and neck issues.

There are many non-serious conditions that meet your symptoms, some of which could be vitamin deficiency especially b-12, iron/ferritin or vitamin D3. Other relatively minimal explanations could be gastrointestinal, such as gastritis (bacteria can cause some very unpleasant symptoms). In most cases the culprit isn't diagnosed, especially if your CBC and Metabolic Panal Labs come back normal, but many people are deficient in certain nutrients and could very well cause unpleasant episodes. Finally, there are also chronic migraines without the headaches that can mimic the symptoms you've listed. Hang in there and understand that in most cases it's probably nothing exceptionally dangerous and will most likely resolve itself in time with proper rest and nutrition.

Research shingles. There are a multitude of allergies that have different symptoms, also yeast within the body can wreak havoc.. Try a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar daily (in a full glass of water or even tea) as this kills unwanted yeast in the body and it also heals many other conditions. Doctors don't always have the answers we're looking for but you can be rest assured whatever is causing your ill feelings will most likely not kill you. Stay strong and try not to overthink.

There are a lot of us out there. Something is going on. I've been sick for months with the same symptoms. Have had more blood tests than I can count.
At least I don't feel so alone now.
