It sounds like what is coming out of her is the semen that you have ejaculated into her. There is probably still enough inside her to get her pregnant, but if you want to increase the odds, have sex in positions where she is on the bottom, and get her to raise her pelvis on a pillow or something after you are done to try to keep it in there.
