Hi! I am 26 years old and I have 200lbs. it worries me that almost anybody sees me as a girl although a wear nice clots, use make-up and am really friendly. It is more than obvious now that I need to lose weight but the problem is that I don’t know where to start. I am also willing to start exercising and I wanted to sign in for aerobics but a trainer at a club told me that I should start doing aerobics now because I have too many pounds for aerobics and that I should come back when I lose some. So, I was wondering which sports would suit me best! Thank you

I was in the nearly same situation as you are. When I had my regular physical exam, my doctor told me that I was very close to developing diabetes. Since my best friends mom suffers from diabetes, I know how nasty the disease is and I didn’t want to go there. My doctor sent me to see a nutritionist where he prescribed me a diet with foods that I must and must not eat, all the snacks and sodas that I need to avoid, alcohol and bunch of other stuff. My father’s friend owned a gym and I started exercising there. I was shown special exercises that wouldn’t make me gain muscle mass but would help me lose weight. I managed to lose 50 lbs in six months time, so it is possible if you put your mind to it. I would suggest you also sought professional help. There is no other way since you probably don’t know much about metabolism, losing weight and stuff like that. Things that I thought were logical about losing weight and dieting were so wrong.
