I'm 13 years old, I'm 5'7 and I'm 186 pounds.
My doctor recommends that I go down to atleast 150-160.
I'd like a few tips on how I can all that weight ( and slightly more) in 6 months or less.

There are no shortcuts when you try to lose weight although many people try to sell stuff that doesn’t help at all. Only way that works is to start watching what you eat, start exercising and keep yourself active. Losing weight requires you to start living differently – no more fatty, fried food, sweets need to be kept at minimum and your meals have to become a lot smaller. The healthy way to eat is to eat small meals, the ones after which you’ll probably still be hungry, but to eat them more often. Oh, and no sugary soda drinks and fast food at all for some time. Even walking an hour a day is must but exercise with some trainer or a friend will help you lose weight quicker.
