Hi! I am only 16 years old, but I am too fat. I tried some diet, but didn’t help me a lot. In my family everybody talk about my weight. This bothers me a lot. I want to lose 100 pounds! Need help!

Hi! You are young, and don’t keep different diet from magazines. You should see nutritionist. He will make individual meal plan, which will help you to lose your weight on healthy way. You must know that there isn’t some miracle, to lose weight you need time. Take it easy. Also you have to exercise, but your nutritionist will explain you everything. Good luck!
