There are many factors to consider: your age, weight, lifestyle and things you have tried in order to loose weight.

Here are the basics for losing weight: lower the amount of food you eat, cur down on fried foods and sugar, cur down on sodas, and don’t eat after 8pm. Food regulation is the most important thing in losing weight. Exercising is good for overall health but not as necessary as food regulations. If you don’t have time to exercise, walk to school/work or walk fast(er) three days a week for an hour.

You don’t need any pills, so called fat burners, but if you have problems with ingestion, you could take some pills for improving ingestion and metabolism.

Now, if you have tried food regulation and the weight is still not going down, things still depend on your age, gender, and the line of work-if it is sedentary or not.

Thyroid gland disorders could prevent people from losing weight and you may want to check your thyroid if you believe this could be the problem.
