The key to most weight loss is to burn more calories then u eat.
I know its hard to know how many calories u eat a day but if u can find out u no how much u need to try and burn off.

If you eat more things with hardly any calories or none at all then you don't need to do any extra excercise.

You need to make sure u never get starving so try and keep a snack or piece of fruit with u most the time.
One, because it eases ur hunger and two, because it kicks starts ur metabolism which is another great way to lose weight.

Another thing is, is to constantly be moving. I know that sounds hard, but even if its fidgeting on the sofa whilst ur watching the tv burns calories, tidying your room, even try sprinting through breaks of programmes if u can. U've just got to try and burn more calories!
