Now that it’s the New Year, I’ve been trying to take care of myself more. I just turned 47 and I’m just not what I used to be. I’ve read that prostate problems can start to affect men in their 40s and I’m concerned. I mean, frequent urination, a bad sex life, increased cancer risk, who wants that? Not me. What can I do now to prevent prostate problems?
