My Boyfreind is 24 years and once he ejaculates, his penis wont erect its propably takes 8-12 hours before he its start to erect. Please help i'm depressed and unsatisfied

It's NORMAL for you boyfriend to not be able to get an erection immediately after having sex. It's called the refractory period.
8-12 hours is a bit long though, especially at 24. A half hour or hour would be more "normal."
Have him see his doctor for a physical. It may be due to an underlying health issue. Good luck.
