i seem to have no fear of consequences and a general lack of ability to care about my situation or problems that i am in or trouble at work. Still have normal phobias. what is wrong with me?

Lack of fear about your future and consequences of your actions would be on the opposite side of anxiety disorder – anxious person worries about all (even impossible ones) consequences of even the events that are not important. That means that there always are people who are closer to one end. Any kind of behavior becomes a problem when it causes you personal and social discomfort, like troubles at work. The fear itself is not the reason why you should do things by the rules, at work or elsewhere. And there is a big difference between not realizing what rules mean and choosing to ignore them.

I am curious have you got into trouble yet because of your behavior?
Or maybe you are just aware that you can do things like for example steal somebody’s wallet and get caught and you are not afraid what is going to happen to you or how this is going to affect your future?
Or maybe you are more like you know that you could die while bungee jumping and you are going to do it anyway.
Somehow I believe that you are a person who likes excitement and that you have some fear deep inside of you but till now you were lucky and no one has figure out all the bad things you have done. You are breaking the rules but you are aware of them.
