I am 45 year sold and my problem is quite simple – I have constant fear of going crazy! This is due to nervousness that does not leave even when I come home, far away from the job and all idiotic things that I do and experience there. I just hope I will have enough nerves to pass this situation without medicaments.

Well, let's hope that you will be able to deal with this problem in your own way, without drugs. And even if you must use those, it is not the end of the world. There are even herbal medicaments for this kind of problems. They do need more time to start working and they might not be as effective as heavy chemicals, but they really can help.

Jesus.... I thought I was the only one who was undergoing this. I'm at work right now and I am feeling the same fear>>> "Fear of going Crazy". It gets worse when I go home. Why is this happening to us? I don't get it. How can I make it go away. I've been like this for 4 years now. It the only thing I want in this world. I don't want anything but to be mentally healthy.
