No period for months, cramps, sex hurts, sudden amazing sense of smell, nausea, sickness, tiredness?

I can't take contraception as it makes me I'll, haven't had a period for months, had a suspected miscarriage last month, had unprotected sex again but took the morning after pill, constantly feel sick and tired, been sick a couple of times, can suddenly smell everything but makes me feel even more sick, got bad belly cramps. But where I haven't been having periods I don't even know when I'm due anymore, saw my gp about my periods he just said it's probably stress, not really sure what to do? Quite scared my mums pregnancy hormone didn't develop until she was 5 months gone with both her pregnancies? Please help me? :/
