no tubes but I have missed my period by a month and i'm having pregnancy symptoms

I'm 21 I had my first ectopic pregnancy in 2008 they removed my tube four years later I got pregnant again in my tube they also removed that tube now I have no tubes but I have missed my period by a month an im having pregnancy symptoms!! Is it possible I'm pregnant with no tubes?? I haven't took a pregnancy test it went to the doctors because I thought it wasn't possible! Is it? Can anymore help me with Some input please
