Hi, I am 32 years old male and I have problems with my flatmate. He is always late with his paying and last time he even didn't pay part of his bill. This flat is very important to me because of its location but I can't afford to pay it by my self. On the other side I think he knows that so he decided to act like this. Any suggestions are welcome.

It is very problematic situation because you are obviously living with irresponsible person. You have to talk with your flatmate and tell that you will leave that flat if he continue to act like that. Other option is to talk with flat owner and see if it is suitable for him that you find other flatmate and ask him to wait you for short time with paying.
