I don't know if anyone mentioned this already but muscle spasms or twitches can be cause by low magnesium and potassium. Eating dark green veggies and fresh fruits like bananas can help keep these at bay. Also lowering stress and getting good nights sleep can help muscle spasms

I laughed really hard when I saw your post and totally agree with you, some people shouldn't be allowed near computers.

Thanks, seriously sad your response didn't come from the "Dr." But, hey it's the internet.

Hey y'all, I have been having left nostril nose twitching the last few days and aside from all things mentioned it could be a potassium deficiency. See if that's you! (I believe you have to take vitamin D for potassium to absorb).

THANK you. It seems I can't go on the Internet for answers without being told I'm dying, have cancer, alzheimers, I'm pregnant, etc etc. All of the extremes. It doesn't exactly promote confidence. I've learned to ignore all of that and note that bodies go through things and that doesn't mean I have a list of diseases. I appreciate your comment of common sense and reality.

I have had the nose twitch twice in my life.. Once at the age of 11 for about 6 weeks and then again it started when I was 24 years old. Its been going on the second time for about 5 months now. I know its noticeable as family and friends have alerted me to it.
It is the bridge of my nose that twitches and I constantly make a sniffing sound when I tick. Is this still stress/anxiety or should I seek medical help?
