My son is toddler and he usually does not sleep through the night. He goes to the bed at 9 pm and in 11-12 pm is awake. Anyone else here with a toddler that does not sleep all the way through the night?

I am mother of the toddler that doesn’t sleep through the night. She goes to bed late and wakes up early about 4 am. She wakes up in the middle of the night too. Sometimes I let her cry it out, but that is no solution. I feel hopeless.
