%-) about a week ago i had a numbing feeling on the left side ( hip and/or love handle area.) It is sensitive to the touch or clothing that rubs against it, but does not hurt on its own. It has gotten more sensitive over the week and more uncomfortable to the touch ( burning ) feels like when your foot falls asleep and hurts to touch when it is wakeing up. I feel like it is getting bigger or "spreading". sounds weird but it is not getting better and it's driving me nutts!!

It might be shingles. When i had it it was below bra line. Go to Dr early meds will help a ton if it’s early and that is what it is
