Hello, my grandmother has the same problems as you do for quite some time now. She lost her feeling in three of her fingers on the right hand but before that she got a condition where she has cold feet all the time. Up until now she didn't restore the feeling in her fingers, some say it has something to do with nerves, or cervical disk. Some say it could be carpal tunnel syndrome but nevertheless you should consider seeking some professional advice or tests.

I had once a case where my hands become very  painful and and felt a strange numbness and I put it down to eating  soda bread-it was the baking soda that was causing the problem. I was a fan of Irish soda bread but I stopped eating it. Also limit your acidic foods intake.
