I like for breakfast cup of coffee and oatmeal the most. I guess that is only healthy meal for me during the day. Sometimes I eat cereals but prefer oatmeal. I am eating it with some brown sugar along.

Oatmeal is just a dour grain, but it must be eaten for health and spiritual well-being. My breakfast is a coffee cup, a bowl, a spoon, water, salt, brown sugar and oatmeal, maybe some fruit. I buy oats in the bag. It is not expensive yet it is so healthy.
