Hello there, My name is Colton.

For years I have had odd moments to were I will be sitting for either a long period or time or a short period of time, as I raise up and begin to stretch I arch my back and start stretching upwards. Now rite after I do this my head begins to feel dizzy and I begin to breath deeply and my skin also starts feeling numb. I am aware that I should be going to a doctor and ask what the problem is if there even infact is a problem but I am not able to do and get checked out. What could this be coming from and how I can prevent this from not happening any longer?

Yours truely! Colton Sparks<3

Hi Colton,

if you are generally healthy, more or less and this happens only when you change position and start to stretch, it might be that you having problems because of the sudden drop of your blood pressure because of the change of the body position (some people experience the same after eating). Low blood pressure is something that is generally considered better than high BP, but it still does cause dizziness or even blacking out, together with strange sensations or sweating. So, your problem might be that you might be prone to these sudden drops of BP, so you need to take this into account for a few days and see if anything changes if you first sit up for a few minutes, than stand up and stretch.
