Hi. I am a guy who is 51 years old, and I have problem with back pain. It really hurts sometimes, and it can be so bad that I can't walk. I stretch a little, and that seem to help. Should I do it more often? Is it good for my back? Do you think I could do anything to improve the state in which my back is?

Of course, stretching always helps. But it is not a final thing. After a while your back starts to hurt again. The reason of the most back pain issues is physical inactivity. Work out a little. Jog sometimes. And the problem with your back will not going to happen that often. If you have the time and the money, you could try some massages as well.
