I've been on the pill for over a year now and my period is generally 3 days late. This time around I'm 13 days late and feeling nauseous but not actually throwing up, feeling a little dizzy, have heartburn, and little stomach cramps. I don't have any other pregnancy symptoms but I am very worried that I am. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests and both have come back negative. Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I over exaggerating? Any input is appreciated.

What birth control are you on? Have you been taking it regularly or did you miss any?
It is "unusual" for you to miss a period on birth control. As a side effect it usually makes you more "regular."
When you test are you using your very FIRST morning urine? It does make a difference. Use a name brand test too.
I find it unlikely for you to be pregnant if you have been taking the BC as directed. You may have a cyst, that can certainly cause the discomfort you feel.
I do suggest you see your ob/gyn now for an exam. The reason for your late period and other symptoms needs to be investigated.
