One Breast Larger Than the Other.

Thanks ladies. I am not as worried as I was before reading all your post. My 13 year old daughter has the same problem. She also has a thyroid disorder which may have a lot to do with it. I also think that it may be due to the hormones that are given to cows and there milk ends up on our table.

My Girl friend has the same problem pretty much..My Girl friend's right breast was always a little bigger than the left but over the past week it's become wayy more noticeable, like a B compared to an A...and she has pains in her right breast, too. she is 23 so she is hoping they might still even out but she has no idea so we are scheduling an appointment with an ob/gyn so we will let you know if we find anything out! Kindly suggest us please.......

I am 14 years old and my left breast is a D while my right breast is a C. I was 12 when I realized my left breast was slightly bigger and it continued to grow untill the size difference was visiable through a shirt and bra.I even asked my doctor if it was my fault because I was sleeping a funny way. I have had to stuff my braa so I do not feel self conscious about my body when I am at school. I am glad to hear that I am not the only person who has this condition. I have always felt insecure about my body and I am hoping one day they will even out or I will consider surgery. When would be the right age to make an appointment with an ob/gyn?

i have this problem too but just with my left breast it's bigger, i asked my mother before when i first stared noticing them being uneven. she told that it was simply because i'm right handed so my arm and breast gets more toned then my left. since i've started using my left arm/hand more i've seen a small change but not a great one.............. i'm thinking for when i come into some money i will look at surgery for my breast............

I've the same problem too! I'm 20 years old . At first I thought it was cancer but theres no lump whatsoever. My breast is one cup bigger than the other side and it began to be noticeable! I'm so ashame of it and I'm scared if it'll remain like that.

im releived to know how many people have the same problem as me.my first reaction to my discovery was what will i do? should i tell i my mom? what would she think? but i eventualy had to tell her becuase i was scared of what was the cause of it, and thought it could be something serious.being a 13 year old girl figuring out i would have to live my life like this unless i got surgery, which isnt cheap. I had seen about 3-4 pediatricians before going to see an ob/gyn who infortunatley told me my left breast would NEVER catch up to the right..it was pretty heartbreaking. and on top of that she mentioned i was born "un-normal".yeah, that really helps comforting me. but im 16 now about to turn 17, and it doesnt bother me anymore.only on some occasions.but other than that all i want to do is embrace who i am. Sometimes being different brings something good.:)

im glad im not the only one to see i got prego at 18 and had my son and 19 and im now 20. i only breast feed my son a few times but it didnt seem lyk he was getting anything so i put him on formula. but after a while i noticed that my right breast was a C cup and my left was a B cup and still is. this worried me and still does. im also surprised to see that alot of women have this problem and the doctors have no explanation for this, besides surgery. However with surgery theres alot of negatives with that to. so i dont know, haha!

My right breast is 2 sizes bigger than my lift you can tell when i wear anything u can tell that i am idk what i should do i want to fix it but idk how i can do it all i want is answers and i didnt know that there are so many people that have the same promble......

HI EVERYONE, IM 37 YEARS OLD. ALL MY LIFE I HAVE BEEN SO CONCIOUS ABOUT MY BREAST. PEOPLE SAY ITS NORMAL BUT NOT IN MY CASE. 1 BREAST ( LEFT IS BIG ) AND RIGHT BREAST IS SOO MUCH SMALLER. WHAT I DO? I SEARCH FOR BRAS THAT I CAN OUT ( CHICKEN FILLETS IN ) SO I HAVE TO PUT 4 OF THEM IN ONE BOOB AND NOTHING IN THE OTHER . I REALLY HATE IT AS HERE IN MALTA, ITS SO HARD 2 FIND BRAS WHICH I CAN PUT CHICKEN FILL IN . AND SOMETIMES I HATE IT WHEN I GO INTO A SHOP THEY GIVE ME PADDED BRAS.. AND SO I HAVE 2 EXPLAIN, ITS NOT THAT I WANT MY BREAST LARGER BUT THAT I NEED THE INSERT 2 MAKE THEM THE SAME.. TO BE HONEST I DONT GO SWIMMING AS I AM SO CONCIOUS .. AND CANT FIND A SWIM SUIT WITH INSERTS.. SO I KNOW HOW YOU ALL FEEL .. ITS MADE MY LIFE HELL AS WELL. . IM NEVER WITHOUT A BRA AND I HATE LOOKING IN THE MIRROR .. THERES TOO MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE .

cant you get a plastic sugery? wont they fix it for you, well even it out? becasue i have the same problem and i really want to get rid of it. but if that was a solution, if they grew back to the symetrical shape, the 'boob job' you had done.. wouldnt it go uneven again?

I have the same problem. I'm 13 and my left breast is a C cup while my right breast is a B cup. Boy did that left breast ever grow fast! I was thinking that using those pads inside bathing suit tops would be good to help ballance my breasts out. I haven't tried this yet but I will soon. It better work and not look suspicious. xp

I'm 14 years old, & I have one 32A & one 34C. I talked to my mother about it, & she told me to wait until I'm 17 or 18 to see if they develop right, but she told me if they don't then I will have to get a breast implant.

thought I was alone over a year ago

I thought i was the only one growing up like this. It is so embarrassing. My left size is about an a my right is a c. Thank god for padding but they need to make a swimsuit that helps or one you can fasten the padding in so you don't feel so self conscious i end up wearing a shirt over mine every time i swim cause of it.

I came onto this forum to try to help out my 14 yr old. Take it from a Mom (your Mom is a girl) this is something we want you to come & talk to us about, & hey ya never know...she might have gone through this herself. That's what family is for. I know it is hard & yes embarrassing, but take it one step at a time. I wish you luck, you & everyone here has helped me, & my daughter today. thank you
