The left side of my labia minora feels rougher then the other side, and they are already a little bit big so I could tell. They are also itchy at the moment, down where they connect to the vagina hole.
As my legs are crossed right now sitting down, I can feel the discomfort. Its terrible. It doesnt hurt or sting or anything when I pee and am on the Pill so admittedly didnt use a condom the last time I had sex. The discharge situation is normal, and also the top of where the labia minora connects is a bit itchy too. I do shave down there occasionally so maybe I nicked something, but surely I would have felt that.
Any advice is appreciated.

IT sounds to me like you might have some sort of issue based on shaving although it's hard to tell. Have yous een a gynocologist about this? That would be the best course of action Ithink. Let me know okay?
