Hello!
I am 14 and getting fatter and fatter every day. Both my parents are obese, so is my sister. I think I am heading their way... How can obesity be stoped?

Ok, genetics plays some role in body structure, but food and exercise is also important. You must find a regular daily exercise that will keep you amused and where you will sweat yourself and enjoy doing that...it is really important that you enjoy in sport...
Besides that, follow proper nutrition. It is best to follow food pyramid. Eat less sweets and fats, more fruit and vegetables. Whenever you want to eat sweets, go eat fruits. Also, avoid emotional eating and prepare yourself not to eat at least 2 hours before bed time (also very important notice!).
