my problem is simple:
every time i urinate, there is a little burning sensation, and sometimes it feels like a needle poking my penis-head. this just yesterday, and i don't know what's causing it!

if it keeps up you might have a urinary tract infection. you can drink lots of water and cranberry juice to help with it.

it can be treated. most UTI (urinary tract infections) in men are caused by an obstruction. something might have intered your urethra (pee hole) to cause it to get irritated. if that is what it even is. if it keeps burning when you pee then i would say thats what it is. below are some medications that will clear it up. you have to get it from the doctor, so try some water and cranberry juice.
"The drugs most often used to treat routine, uncomplicated UTIs are trimethoprim (Trimpex), trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (Bactrim, Septra, Cotrim), amoxicillin (Amoxil, Trimox, Wymox), nitrofurantoin (Macrodantin, Furadantin), and ampicillin (Omnipen, Polycillin, Principen, Totacillin). A class of drugs called quinolones includes four drugs approved in recent years for treating UTI. These drugs include ofloxacin (Floxin), norfloxacin (Noroxin), ciprofloxacin (Cipro), and trovafloxin (Trovan)."
