My symptoms are pain after urinating (pressure mostly) and white discharge...not yeasty (like cottage cheese)..more like a creamy ice cream...Is this an Infection or the worst, std.

I think I have similar symptoms as you, definitely the pain after peeing. it could be dehydration because I noticed its better when I drink enough water and worse on days where I don't drink water
