lately every time i have sex i get a severe pain in my arm and neck, both on the right side always. it starts at the neck, down the shoulder and to the middle of my arm. its unbearable and it is starting to take a toll on my marriage. i cant have sex with my husband without, midway getting a pain. we both have needs and im going nuts. not to mention we are both nervous that it could be serious. does anyone out there know whats happening to me?Pain during sex in right arm and right side of neck

I have the same pain. It is horrid and nauseating. I just breathe and after about 15 minutes I can deal with it but it hurts for hours. No matter how I move my arm it is painful and I have a high pain tolerance. I wish I had an answer.

No help here. I thought it was because I was on top most of the time (guy). It's my left arm (not a heart issue, it goes away with a different position of sleeping on back within minutes). Doesn't matter if I push up to take weight off wife or completely lay on her chest during intercourse. Pain is excruciating. I love sex as much as anybody, and if this keeps up, I'm going to have to cut way back, because it's not worth the pain. I never thought shoulder pain would stop sex at 50. I thought other things would start to slow down.
