This fall, I fell and hit my chin on a pumpkin on the back porch.  The Chiropractor x-rayed my neck and said I had two vertebraes messed up.  I had to stop going to him b/c it's around Christmas and I just could not afford my co-pays right now.  My shoulder pain has come back.  It aches and goes down the back of my arm a little ways.

Does anyone have any good exercises I can do to help until I can go back to the Chiropractor?  Plus I work on a computer all day long and that does not help any but I do have a ergonomic mouse pad.

You should consult with Chiropractor to relief from pain, till then, you should do neck movement execersie carefully to recover yourself from shoulder and arm pain.
