I have been having sexual relations with my boyfriend for almost six years now. The last two&1/2 years i have experienced pain during intercourse. It does not hurt much at all when im at the bottom, and even when im on top(unless i sit straight up).. i feel the abdominal pain when it penetrates mostly during (doggy style: on my knees, and hes behind) thats something we usually cant do.

Since the first experiences, i have spoken to my doctor and have been tested by my gyno as well.. I have not had any stds.. and i get tested yearly.. They told me its just something some women encounter..

The same was told as for the urine order.. I did not have an infection.. and i noticed when i drink caffiene and do not exercise it happens more.. at first it was a horrible smell, like rat.. very embarrassing and the doctor said i did have an infections or anything... Than it mellowed down and when i pee sometimes it just smells like very old piss..

this has caused problem in my relationship, that for the past year we have been apart. We recently started to try things again. and our sex is still the same. I stil experience pain. and I had my last checkup about 2 months ago, and everything came out fine.

I'm wondering if there is anything that i can do to help this.. or there something that a gyno can miss and it is the result of something else besides infections or std (since i come clean)

Do you drink plenty of water? When your body is dehydrated it will concentrate the odor making it stronger. Certain foods can cause the smell to be worse like asparagus. When my husband eats it his urine becomes unbearably strong.

When having sex are you in the mood and making a lot of personal lubricant? If not try adding a lubricant during sex to help ease any pain from the thrusting.

Neither one of these will completely fix the problem but could help a little.
