i get really sharp pains from my left elbow down to my finger tips, so sharp I fall to the floor in pain. Can You please tell me what this could be?

It could be several things. Some of the things might be tennis elbow, tendinitus or carpel tunnel.
I have had all of the above and all has caused me like pain.
