pain in bone between buttocks where partition starts.

i am suffering with pain in the bone between buttocks.it occurs in bone which lies at d place where exactly partition starts.it occurs only when i sit 4 a long time n it make me impossible to sit and walk properly.but after taking rest i found myself ok.
