I started training several months ago. I first thought of some martial art, but that looked a bit too rough for me so I decided to combine gym exercises twice a week with aerobic, twice a week also. However, lately, I have started feeling some pain in buttocks. It does not hurt much, but it is annoying. It usually occurs right after exercises. What am I to do?

Have you considered taking a break from exercises? It seems to me that you were not engaged in any physical activities before aerobic and gym, so it is possible that you over trained a bit and therefore muscles started reacting with spasms. This could be followed by pain inflammation of the nerve that goes through that area of your body. Rest as much as you can, if problems persist, I would advise you to see a doctor.
