ok today after masterbating my right testicle hurts. now this never happend to me befor. am 20 and am a addicted masterbater i do it 2 to 3 times every day. Dude our testicles are very sensitive things. It is most likely nothing at all - pain can flare up over the smallest thing. But if it continues over the next 2 days I would get it checked out by a doctor. Just to be on the safe side. And also give yourself a good inspection - check for little lumps or hard ridges on the inside of the testicle that hurts. If you find something unusual, definitely get it checked out asap. But don't panic - it's most likely nothing serious.
