If it's more in your groin it's possible you do have a pulled muscle. Iliopsoas; not sure if I spelt that right... But it's the medical term for "groin muscle". That can actually take a few weeks to heal.

My left hip area and upper left leg is so painful I am 14 and a girl I've had the pain for 2 nights now and I'm starting to get worried as the pain gets worse I can't even sleep it's that painful does anyone have a clue as to what it is

I have the same problem. Discomfort, gassy, sometimes cramping type feeling in the same area and down my leg. Feels like a nerve problem. Dr said it could be ibs. What did your dr. tell you?

I have the same pain but I guess it's a ovarian cyst, I have PCOS and get them alot but the pain is more intense now.

I have the same but w/o the rash. My pain is always on the way lower left side by my hip as well as the exact spot but on my back. Sometimes it feels like I'm getting punctured by an iron poker & others it's a deep deep ache. I've been noticing worsening pain & less of an appetite

Can someone please help.I have this really bad pain on my left side of my stomach and its killing me.Sometimes when I walk I have to like limp where I want to go because my left leg starts hurting.I sometimes really feel my back hurt but I ignore it.I don't know if I should check it out.Im only 13 so I don't really have to worry right?

yeah i'm 14 and i had a whole day where it hurt, almost like a cramp but worse and in a different spot. only on my left side, and it also goes down to the thigh muscles in my leg. It especially hurts when i put weight on that foot. I don't think this is due to overweight problems because i am 95 pounds and 5''. its only been one day, so its probably something i ate or something small. but boy does it hurt.

Just got out of hospital, after cat scan and blood work, every test was negative, sent me home, however I still have the pain and elevated blood pressure, which I've never had before

This is scary to read! I too have the same symptoms and my legs have even started cramping up on me. My Paternal Grandmother and my father died from cancer. We have it on my moms side as well.
