pain in the upper right side of stomach right under breast b

I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MY GOUSH, I FEEL AS IF I HAD WRITTEN THE BLOG!!!!!!!!!! I MEAN IT IS AS IF U CAME TO ME AND RECORDED MY LIFE , EVERYTHING IS TO A "T" , LIKE A COPY OF MY SYMPTOMS, THE ONLY THING DIFFERENT IS I HAD MORE THINGS TO ADD, IN 07 I WENT IN FOR A LAZOR HHYSTORECTOMY(COMPLETE), IN THE PROSES , THEY NICKED MY SMALL INTESTINES, AND I HEMMOREDGED AND HAD TO GET BLOOD TRANSFUSION. MY SMALL INTESTENES RUPTURED AFTER AN INFECTION BUILT ON THE NICK AND THEN 4 DAYS LATER IT RUPTURED , I DIED AND THEY REVIVED ME BECAUSE OF THE TOXIN , IT SHUT MY BODY DOWN, MY RIGHT LUNG COLAPSED , MY HEART HAD FLUID ON IT, I HAD NO CELLS TO FIGHT INFECTION, THEY RUSHED ME TO THE EMERGERNCY SUGERY AND CLEANED ME OUT AND REMOVED 9 IN SMALL INTESTENSE , THEN FOR 2 WKS I WAS HOOKED TO EVERYWIRE AND IV AVAILABEL, I CAME AROUND , DIDNT KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED , THEY SENT ME HOME AND I PASSED AGAIN AND HAD TO BE REVIVED, THEY THEN PROCEED TO HAVE TO DO 3 HERNIA REPAIRS TO FIX THE ABDOMEN AFTER THE RUPTURED INTESTINES, FROM THE DAY I FINALLY GOT TO GO HOME THE THINGS U EXPAINED HAVE ALL BEEN HAPPENING TO ME , I NEVER HAD ILLNESS BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, IT IS 09 NOW AND THE DR'S TELL ME THEY CANT FIND, EXPLAIN, OR LAUGH AT ALL MY SYMPTOMS , I CRY IN THEIR OFFICES AND THEY DONT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND , I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH TOTAL DISABILITY, I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR, AND I NO LONGER HAVE "ME" JUST A 100LBS MORE OF A SHELL OF ME IN CONSTANT PAIN, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO , BUT I PRAY EVERYDAY TO GOD AND ASK THAT ONEDAY HE WILL SHOW ME THE RIGHT DR TO GO TO OR THAT HE WILL JUST TAKE IT ALL AWAY AND MAKE ME WHOLE AGAIN, I BELEIVE GOD GAVE DR THE KNOLAGE TO CARE FOR THESE THINGS , I JUST ASK WHY ME AND WHY IM NOT BETTER, BUT I BELEIVE HE HAS A PLAN IN MY LIFE TO HELP OTHERS THRU THINGS AND WHEN I GET BETTER , I CAN PASS DOWN THE ANSWER TO HELP OTHERS, IM 37YRS AND I WAS 35YRS WHEN IT ALL STARTED , I FEEL LIKE IM SO MUCH OLDER, BUT GOD COULD HAVE TAKEN ME THOSE 3 TIMES I PASSED , BUT HE DIDNT AND THERE IS A REASON, I DONT KNOW IT YET , BUT HE DOES, IF ANYONE HAS ANY HELP FOR ME OR ANYONE ELSE WITH THESE SYMPTOMS PLEASE REPLY. It is very sad to hear that so many people are going thru this stomach related illness. In the bible God says that what can harm you is what comes out of the mouth not what goes in. I wonder why food and bacteria can make us so ill? Our bodies should have the capabillity of destroying these germs. Can it be that there is an inmune disorder that is causing all this to happen? I had abdominal surgery last year in Sep 08 and have little by little developed the same symptoms that everyone on this post explained except for mine is totally on the right side. I am exhausted from this pain and try to do exercise to maintain my weight but sometimes it is so debilitating I do not have energy. I heard from a good friend that Hpylori can cause peptic ulcers and the only way of detecting the ulcers is by looking inside since they can grow externally. Hpyloria can cause an abdominal bacterial infection and make you very ill. All this time I've blaimed my pain on my gallbladder and ovary but I am now thinking that it could be some sort of bacteria affecting my large intestine since it is located on the right side. I am asking God to help the doctors find out what is wrong. I will be seeing my surgeon this week to review the CT scan that he ordered. A year ago my HIDA scan was positive and when it was repeated this year it was negative, no stones are showing on the CT either, just one 2mm kidney stone and a tiny non obstructing cyst on the kidney. I also have a 2.3 ovarian cyst with some fluid collection, no fever, sometimes I get chills on the right side. I hope this doctor is accertive and finds out what is wrong. I also will be seeing a new GI doctor since the one I have told me to go see a pyschologist. She told me she does not believe in surgeries and why did I want to know what's wrong with me since she also lives in pain and deals with it. Practically she told me I have to deal with it. I'm a healthy woman with no heart or health conditions - just this continuous debilitating pain in my abdomen and back. Why do people become doctors if they don't believe in medicine? This is why I halled out of there and will not go back since my pain is real and is destroying my life. I want an answer and a solution to it, enough of this nonsense. Hi my name is Haley im 18 year old female i have all these symtoms minus the welts but i had my gall bladder taken out in june of 09 my upper back and under my breast in my stomache still bother me all the time i went to the dr again and they found a blood clot in my left lung but still i dont think that is the answer it causes me so much pain i cant sleep i dnt have and appitite and if i do eat its hardly nothing and then im full. Upper left abdomen pain similar to prickling or stabbing under bottom left rib to navel and then a rash developed after about a week or so. Last time I had similar symptoms it was at junior school because of infection by an intestinal parasite called pinworm or sometimes called threadworms. It is a highly contagious parasite amongst humans particularly children. I purchased some stuff called Pripsen from my local pharmacist to deal with it. This may not be the cause of your problems but I thought it was worth mentioning as intestinal parasites can cause all manner of odd symptoms. It has solved my problem now.

I'm 17 and i've been having the same problem and i know it hurts bc i fsll in the floor in so much pain. If anyone finds out please let me know.I've been to the doc. plenty of times in the past 6 months and all they say is air bubbles in my intestines and i know that is not what it is. >:(

i have the same symptoms...turned out i have gastroparesis. they also took out my gallbladder which helped.

I totally feel you, I have had this feeling on my right side just under my right breast, feels like a fist in it and omg, after I eat I am sleepy, bathroom, & constant pain (dull), I have had my gallbladder removed about 2 years now and I did not experience this pain until after such.

I had my gallbladder taken out too and I have more pain now then I did before the surgery!!!! :-(

Hi, I guess your doctor saying its all part of getting older might be right I have the exact same thing happening on the right side and thought it was my under wire Bra causing the pressure/ pain. changed Bra it helped a little but there is still pain. I don't have all the other symptoms though? I will be 42 on Sat.



I will post here after I go to my Doctor we will see what he might think & together hopefully we can figure this out.

A lot of the symptoms here are the same as I have feel likr i'm in the later stages of pregnancy some days! (I'm NOT) below my right breast swells and i get severe cramp like pain some times "something" feels as if it's moving in there. Doc is no help had all the scopes going but there's nothing there
I would love to hear from someone who had a diagnosis for this (I have fybromyalgia and IBS as well but this is different kind of pain)

I was literally talking about pain under my right breast just above my stomach to my daughter's Godmother, who told me that her brother had severe pain in that area as well. She told me that this happened to him when he was only 10 years old. Apparently, he had to be hospitalized in Mexico where they told him he had what in Spanish is Colitis and I think it may or may not be the same in English. The doctor in Mexico who diagnosed her brother said that typically that happens when someone gets mad a lot, which tends to affect your esophagus. I don't know if that helps, but what I've been doing is trying to relax even though life can be so stressful sometimes. Anyways, if any of you go to the doctor sometime this week mention that to your doctor and see what they say and tell us what your doctor said.
