That was probably me. I used tp because it was handy and seemed like a pretty good thing to cover the cut so it couldn't get back together. The first time it happened I didn't do that and when it healed it was still short and it had a scar on it too.
It tore 2 or 3 more times. Now it's just like it was never there. There is no scar tissue and I can't see anything that looks like a frenulum. It also doesn't pull at all when I roll the foreskin back. I can pull my foreskin all the way down so the tip is at the base of the shaft with no tightness or pulling and that is really comfortable during sex. My wife loves it like that because I can slide in and out without any friction to hurt her. It's also great for masurbation. With the foreskin pulled back tight I can rub the inner foreskin for the special feeling that gives and get a full contact rub on the corona and glans.
So do what you can to keep the split from closing up and maybe you'll be lucky and it won't tear again.
