Hi I had my gallbladder Removed, a long with quite a few large stones, a week ago today. This evening I have suffered sharp pains under my lower rib cage just under my breasts! Also going into my back!! They are so painful ive been in tears!! Today has been the first time I've had a lot of dairy, ice cream and cream cheese with my dinner!! Could this be why I'm having these pains?? !! I'm so so worried! As I'm traveling to Australia in 4 weeks!!

Can anyone help me in what it might be?
