If its that severe the very best thing would be to go to the doctor and get them to lance it. I have had them in the past and they are very painful, I had one near my eye and my eye couldn't open properly, that time the doctor gave me some antibiotics. Now when I can feel one on the way (it starts with me like a normal spot but feels warm to the touch) I put some magnesium sulphate paste (available at pharmacy) on a dressing or plaster overnight and do that for a few nights and it helps to draw out the poison, that was suggested to me by the doctor.
