I have the same issue. I noticed I was trimming one day and cut my labia, a couple weeks later this bump formed that slightly burns. Since November 2013 I've had it 3-4 times now and it seems like after sex I get it. I have it now and just recently got off my period and hormones were sky rocketing and had rough sex for 5 hours (man is very large) and the condom broke 5 times and had to get lubricant because I kept drying up and then noticed hours later, here goes this burning bump on the same exact spot. If anyone ever makes it to the doctor and finds out let us all know please. Take a picture of it with your phone in case it goes away before you make it to your appointment.

It's a sebaceous cyst it happens after you shave due to irritating the hair follicles. It swells up and is tender to the touch. The best way to get rid of them is to take a hot bath daily until it goes away.

Hello. I hate to upset you and don't know if you'll ever even read this, but I left my husband six years ago due to infidelity and found out four months later I had Herpes 2. For the first year, I didn't have an outbreak at all. Now I have like 5 a year and its in the same exact spot every time. Get tested.

I have a open lesion on the bottom of my lip entering the vagina. It is very painful and hurts to touch. Its only one. The pain seem to calm down when i shower or wash. I noticed this after my period. I highly doubt its an std because i just had std check and lab work done and everything was normal. What could this mysterious sore be??? Help!!!!

Omg I get the same exact two spots next to each other when it gets irritated. I've been tested and they said I didn't have anything. Did you ever find out what was causing the bumps?

Did you ever get an accurate diagnosis or treatment plan?

as a RN with over 24 years of experience, NEVER PUT ANY FOOD PRODUCT IN OR AROUND THE VAGINA!!! Go to the doctor for a proper diagnosis! Putting ANY type of food either in OR around the vagina (there used to be a 'home remedy' where women would put yogurt on a tampon and insert it into their vagina!!, then wind up at the doctor's office with a severe infection! ) Only use prescribed medications that are SPECIFIC to the vagina. Although it may be tempting to 'pop' a lump, use warm (not scalding hot) compresses or sit in a (clean the tub thoroughly) if you don't have a sitz bath available. and sit in warm water, then PAT the area dry afterwards, avoid aggressive rubbing. Until you can see your physician, you can use some over the counter medication to help with the itching; Monistat being one of them (the cream, not the suppository as it won't help a sore on the exterior area of the vagina).DO NOT start taking any oral antibiotics as you may inadvertently cause an antibacterial infection (this usually occurs after several 'home treatments), and you can give yourself a yeast infection on top of your already irritated/possibly infected area of your vagina! I would STRONGLY advise against ANY form of sexual contact until a proper diagnosis is obtained. Good luck.

I am the same individual that posted the above information. the third line from the bottom should have read you may inadvertently cause an antibacterial RESISTANT infection. I apologize for the typo. Also, taking antibiotics Not prescribed by a physician for THAT current condition (IF it winds up being an infections; it may or may not be!) you are NOT helping the situation since certain antibiotics treat certain bacteria. In addition, if you are sexually active and your partner has ANY bumps or sores ANYWHERE, err on the side of safety and have him/her have those areas checked by a physician. :)
